Question No. 16 My sons partner gave a home to her brothers wife dog after she emptied the house leaving only 2 dogs in a cage.My son and partner have formed abond with this dog,now after all this time ,and them spending £300 the wife wants him back,he needs legal advice as she has appeared at their home twice and the police had to be called,the dog has a chip with the last owners name.Please advice asap.
